The TNY266PN integrates a 700V power MOSFET, oscillator, high voltage switched current source, current limit and thermal shutdown circuitry onto a monolithic device. The start up and operating power are derived directly from the voltage on the DRAIN pin, eliminating the need for a bias winding and associated circuitry. In addition, the TNY266PN incorporates auto-restart, line undervoltage sense, and frequency jittering. An innovative design minimises audio frequency components in the simple ON/OFF control scheme to practically eliminate audible noise with standard taped/varnished transformer construction. The fully integrated auto-restart circuit safely limits output power during fault conditions such as output short circuit or open loop, reducing component count and secondary feedback circuitry cost. Returning

All returns should be made within 30 days of date of invoice and be accompanied by the original invoice number, certificate of guarantee card, parts picture and a brief explanation or test report of the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Parts returned due to customer error at time of quote or sale will not be accepted. Please contact customer service for a return authorization before return shipment.
