The DVK-RM186-SM-01 is a development kit for RM186-SM LoRa/BLE module. The RM186-SM is an intelligent LoRa/BLE module (868MHz LoRa for Europe) featuring smartBASIC. It offers powerful, convenient solution for long range enterprise IoT (EIoT) deployments. Laird innovatively combines Bluetooth v4.0 with LoRaWAN, the emerging standard in low power wide area networks (LPWAN) into one module. RM186-SM module aggregate and transmit data from Bluetooth smart (BLE) devices and sensors over LoRa to gateways as far as 15Km (~10 miles) away. This bridges the personal area network to the wide area network in a unique way. The RM186-SM is LoRa alliance and Bluetooth SIG certified and fully interoperable with any LoRaWAN adherent gateway. Innovative combination of BT v4.0 and LoRa makes this module as bridge between Bluetooth smart devices and network that intelligently uses their data. It has supply voltage from 1.8V to 3.6V, current of 36mA at 13.5dBm (LoRa transmit) & 46mA (LoRa + BLE transmit). Designed for the EIoT, aggregate and utilize EIoT data Ultra low power usage schemes, allows years of use on a single battery Laird's unique smartBASIC language, U.FL RF connector Upgradable firmware, prepare for the future with access to feature and security updates 863MHz to 870MHz frequency, 14dBm ERP (2dBi dipole) maximum Tx power Receiver sensitivity up to -135dBm and data rate from 250bps to 50Kbps Comprehensive, multi layer enterprise security, speed to market with smartBASIC CE, EN 300 220 and EN 300 328 approved UART (4), GPIO (14 max), SPI (3), 12C (2), ADC (4) interfaces Operating temperature from -40° to 85°C and dimensions is 25.4mm x 25.4mm x 3.15mm

Returning

All returns should be made within 30 days of date of invoice and be accompanied by the original invoice number, certificate of guarantee card, parts picture and a brief explanation or test report of the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Parts returned due to customer error at time of quote or sale will not be accepted. Please contact customer service for a return authorization before return shipment.
