Product Overview

AD812 is a low power, single supply, current feedback, dual video amplifier. Each of the amplifiers have 50mA of output current and are optimized for driving one back-terminated video load (150 ohm) each. Each amplifier is a current feedback amplifier and features gain flatness of 0.1dB to 40MHz while offering differential gain and phase error of 0.02% and 0.02°. This makes the AD812 ideal for professional video electronics such as cameras and video switchers. This dual amplifier ideal for portable and battery powered applications where size and power is critical. Typical applications are video line driver, professional cameras, video switchers, special effects. Optimized for driving cables in video systems Low power, high speed, easy to use Bandwidth (-3dB) is 65MHz typ (G=+2, no peaking, Vs=±5V, TA=+25°C, RL= 150 ohm) Slew rate is 425V/us typ (G=+2, RL=1Kohm, Vs=±5V, TA=+25°C, RL= 150 ohm) Total harmonic distortion is -90dBc (Vs=±15V, fC=1MHz, RL=1Kohm, TA=+25°C, RL= 150 ohm) Input offset voltage is 5mV max (Vs=±5V, ± 15V, TA=+25°C, RL= 150 ohm) Operating voltage range from ±1.2 to ±18V (TA=+25°C, RL= 150 ohm) Quiescent current per amplifier is 4mA max (Vs=±5V, TA=+25°C, RL= 150 ohm) Temperature rating range from -40°C to +85°C 8-lead plastic SOIC package

Returning

All returns should be made within 30 days of date of invoice and be accompanied by the original invoice number, certificate of guarantee card, parts picture and a brief explanation or test report of the reason for the return.
